For example the \u0026quot;Green Thinking Centre\u0026quot; that you have named it, if done incorporating all the great ideas above and retaining the heritage items of the site, will become a visitor attraction. This will bring people to the area and will help in the development and expansion of the whole green industry from R\u0026amp;D, to rollout of solutions, and education of businesses and consumers. The people that come to visit the new attraction can use the new transport facilities increasing there viability and then adding to this a range of the other ideas on this site, if not within the building, in near proximity, like some shops, restaurants, cinema and outdoor entertainment, you end up with a precinct that adds jobs, quality of life with some new and interesting experiences for people. \u003C/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EWhen I talk to people about the environment, the biggest challenge I see is not the willingness to create change, rather the understanding of how to make a difference and this is what we must help people to do, and as far as how will this improve our lives, clean waterways, clean air, control over greenhouse, biodiversity,  as well as creating jobs, that will do me for starters. \u003C/p\u003E\u0026nbsp;"}
