Bays Precinct is owned by all of NSW. Historically the area has been used to support industries that provided local jobs and delivered regional and national economic benefits.
Changes to local demographics in recent decades however mean that local aspirations for Bays Precinct may now differ from regional and national priorities. Take the opportunity to share your ideas about how local and regional needs should be addressed in the long-term for Bays Precinct.
